120,000 YouTube video views and IKEA's new videos

I've not done a post in some time because I have been so busy but I thought it was about time. Anyway I'd just like to mention that this assembly instruction animation trail I have been on is really kicking in to gear now. I have had almost 120,000 video views and it is snowballing.
IKEA have even started making videos online but they haven't been recieved well because I don't think they understand the concept of conveying their instructions in a simple straight forward manner. They also haven't taken the opportunity to use animation as a media to get their message across.

IKEA's new videos have also hit the headlines because people are still confused and I was even mentioned in by a New York journalist (Quentin Fottrell) on the subject:) His piece can be seen here.

Pitch for new motion graphics work...

Great news! I am pitching for a new motion graphics job for the front page of a website to describe what they are all about and how they work. They are a great company with a great set of ethics and a fantastic message to send out. The project, if I get it will also have hand drawings which will be animated, good to get back to some hand drawn stuff. This should be an exciting project for me as it takes me closer to getting some of the web commercial style work I am heading for.
It will improve my portfolio immensly and give me the chance to really show off how far I have come of late in the motion graphics field.

Arrow Security Shutters new 3d animated movie

Hi,
Another movie finished for Arrow Securoty Shutters!
This one is for measuring and installing a galvanised electrically operated shop front roller shutter.
It is a 3D animation with text and soundtrack and hopefully in the future will have a narration too.
A bit of green screen work went into this one too.
